The company sponsored 401(k) plan is offered for your convenience in saving for your future retirement. In addition to your pre-tax contributions to the plan, Kestrel contributes a company match to your account. All employee and company contributions are immediately 100% vested. Health Summary
Kestrel Field Services, Inc. is proud to offer medical benefits to each eligible employee. For each participating employee, Kestrel will contribute a predetermined percentage towards the insurance premium. In addition to company contributions, each participating employee will benefit from the plan type, specifically a Section 125 Premium Only Plan (POP).
