The Department of Transportation (DOT), as part of CFR 49 Part 192 Subpart N and Part 195 Subpart G, provides minimum requirements for operator qualification of individuals performing covered tasks on pipeline facilities. The regulation, as promulgated, enables each pipeline operator to review and determine the appropriate job skills each individual employee must possess prior to performing any pipeline related job function. Kestrel has the resources to accommodate its customers by providing contract and in house services to ensure each employee assigned to a specific project meets the requirements of the regulation.

Kestrel utilizes third party contractors to accommodate any need for National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) training and testing.
Kestrel employs Veriforce approved evaluators to ensure all applicable employee qualifications meet all requirements imposed by the work tasks and as directed by the customer.
